Hi, my name is Sophie.
I am a dedicated practitioner in sound healing, yoga and holistic massage.
I also work as an Occupational Therapist, currently working part time in the community where my focus spans both physical and mental health. My journey so far in the medical field, particularly through my experiences in hospitals, has heightened my awareness of the gap in alternative therapies and the need for empowering individuals in their own physical and mental well-being journey.
I became very aware of the power of holistic therapies along with a deep understanding how our thoughts influence our internal and external world through my yoga teacher training, which I still continue to learn everyday and am reminded the power we hold within ourselves. I have come to recognise how these different practices and experiences can contribute to our healing journey helping us foster a deeper connection with ourselves.

I am very passionate about the trans-formative impact these therapies can
have along with guidance in making positive changes.
I created Soul Crescent to provide people with a safe and nurturing space to evoke peace, relaxation and transformation continuing once you step out of
the treatment room supporting you on your healing journey.
