My name is Sophie, the founder of Soul Crescent.
Soul Crescent is nestled in an off grid farm set against the backdrop of a stunning countryside in Kent.
The space itself is housed in a shepherds hut that has been transformed into a mystical, serene and peaceful haven for people to experience, where you can unwind, reflect and reconnect with yourself.

Hi, I’m Sophie, the founder of Soul Crescent.
My path into healing began in mainstream healthcare, where I quickly realised how deeply our modern world separates physical health from spiritual well-being. Guided by a desire to bridge this gap, I immersed myself in yoga teacher training, sound healing, and holistic massage. Through these practices, I awakened to a profound truth: our thoughts shape our entire reality, and we all hold an immense, innate power to heal from within.
I created Soul Crescent to be a sacred, nurturing sanctuary for your soul. Together, we will weave intuitive movement, sacred sound, and therapeutic touch to evoke deep peace and lasting transformation supporting your healing journey long after you step outside the treatment room.
