Cancellation Policy

Please kindly note as I understand that circumstances come up which can prevent you from attending your treatment, I do ask please kindly give 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you cannot make it or reschedule.  Please do this as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment so that I can attempt to schedule your appointment to another client as I am sure you can understand I will need the time to try and fill your appointment space within the 48 hours.

Please kindly note if you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened and/or cancelled to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a treatment booked after you as this can dramatically affect the running of the entire day and the other clients schedule that are booked on that particular day.

  • Please note the following cancellation policy: 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations.

  • A 50% deposit will be taken on the day of booking to confirm your treatment and the remaining balance will need to be paid 48 hours prior to your treatment. This can be taken through cash or card for your convenience.

  • If you fail to turn up to your appointment or provide sufficient notice the full cost of the treatment will be chargeable. If you turn up late this will lessen your treatment time and the cost of the treatment booked will still be chargeable.
